* Registration at the early bird time discount must be received by 23:59 Korean standard time (GMT +9), 8 August 2025 , otherwise the standard rate will apply.

* Details regarding side events will be announced separately to all confirmed registrants in due course.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat via email
(gpaseoul@wetheteam.net).

Upon approval of refund, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the registration fee.
The refund will be processed following the conclusion of the event due to administrative procedures,
unless otherwise arranged under special circumstances.
