Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat via email
(gpaseoul@wetheteam.net).

Upon approval of refund, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the registration fee.
The refund will be processed following the conclusion of the event due to administrative procedures,
unless otherwise arranged under special circumstances.
